- Setup fee: from R15,000 (scales with headcount & complexity)
- Volume discount: 7.5% over 200 employees, 10% over 500, 15% over 1000
- Term: 12-month minimum, 60-day notice
- Annual price escalation: CPI-linked, capped at 5%
- Founder-client pricing: reduced PEPM rate for early launch customers in exchange for a written reference (12-month term)

Frequently asked questions
We take ownership of the full cycle: pay run processing, payslip generation and distribution, EMP201 / EMP501 / IRP5 / IT3a / UIF / SDL / COIDA, bank file release, leave administration, ESS, onboarding, documents, correspondence, employee queries on a 4-hour SLA, and statutory reporting. You own the inputs (new hires, terminations, hours, changes) and the final approval. We own the rest.
Per Employee Per Month. We count active employees in the system on the last day of each calendar month. Terminated employees aren't billed. New hires from the 16th onward are pro-rated.
Where the error originated with us, we cover SARS penalties and interest in full. Where the error stems from late or incorrect inputs from you, the SLA defines a shared remediation process. We carry R10M Professional Indemnity and R5M Cyber Liability cover. The full liability framework is in our standard MSA - available for review during onboarding.
Yes. Our take-on process imports YTD figures, leave balances, employee master data, banking, tax certificates and historical payslips. We run a parallel cycle alongside your existing setup before going live so finance can sign off on full reconciliation. Most migrations take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
Yes. We are a registered POPIA Operator with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed before any employee data moves. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in SA-region cloud. Role-based access, full audit logging, 72-hour breach notification, registered Information Officer. Annual security reviews. Sub-processor list available on request.
60 days written notice and you're out. We provide full data export in your choice of format (Excel, CSV, JSON, plus standard payroll take-on packs for Sage, PaySpace, SimplePay). Confirmed deletion 90 days post-termination, with proof of destruction. No lock-in, no hostage data.
